UseSafeBuy does not collect, hold or release money for transactions between buyers and vendors. Payments made through UseSafeBuy are only for our own services: advertising placements and digital products sold by UseSafeBuy. Any payment you make to a vendor is made directly to that vendor at your own risk.
“Verified” badges mean a vendor has confirmed a WhatsApp number that is not linked to any other account, completed a live in-app camera check, and been approved by our team. A “Verified ad” was photographed live with the in-app camera. Badges reduce risk but are not a guarantee of a vendor’s honesty, an item’s quality, title or legality, or the outcome of any transaction.
Requests are written by buyers and checked by our team. Offers and messages are written by vendors. We may moderate or remove content but do not pre-screen every message and are not responsible for statements made by users. AI-assisted request text (powered by Claude) is a suggestion only; you are responsible for what you publish.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, UseSafeBuy and its team are not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, injury or dispute arising from transactions, meetings or communications between users. Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
